Hi, I’m Hannah
Maybe you woke up today and thought ‘I am so over changing a poo nappy!’ then you heard about Hannah from Nappy Free - thanks to our phones reading our brains. Scary, but helpful.
I’m Hannah, the founder of Nappy Free. I question a lot of things, and one is little people wearing a plastic nappy to catch their wee and poo that they then walk around in. Surely, they are more capable than this. I had to learn it all.
From the moment I was pregnant with my first, I devoured everything I could about Elimination Communication. I did Elimination Communication with both of my children (1 from birth through the night too), both poo trained by 6 months old and our second out of nappies by 11 months of age.
My 18 years of primary teaching has been mixed together with a passion for little ones getting out of nappies smoothly. Something I wish I had access to with my first, Nappy Free - the program I wish I got to use!
Welcome - I am so glad you are here.
I am here to change the way we talk about toilet training and ELIMINATION COMMUNICATION, and to show you what our little ones are truly capable of.
MY STORY: EC - Toilet Training - Potty Independence.
In the video I share my complete story about how I got to where I am now with Nappy Free.
My mission
My mission is to change the way we think about our little ones and nappies. I believe that EC and Toilet Training all begins with belief and consistency. It begins with you, the parent believing that your little one is capable, because they are. You knowing that when you, the parent are ready, your little one is ready. I promise.
personalised
We are not all robots, so we are not cut and copy, therefore 1 approach may work for one and not another. I see the child first and then pivot as need be based on your little one and their needs. This is what gets true results, as we know, not one size fits all.
simple. clear.
My intention is for my Nappy Free coaching to be simple and clear. It motivates, it celebrates and it encourages my parents. My simple, clear steps set everyone up for success, both physically and mentally, both before and during the process.
